Tim Hortons - Shelburne

Terrible customer service! Not being familiar with Tim's chicken wraps I clearly asked drive thru for one that was not spicy. I got one totally covered with spicy sauce. When I asked Schell the manager to replace it she refused to do it without paying for another. After a lengthy discussion I left the wrap and walked out. They made a mistake and wouldn't correct it. Won't be going back and suggest both the drive thru attendant and the manager receive better training.

I'm a happy play around type person ..I was there yesterday they thanked me 4 making their day ..My order was perfect .. Went back 2day had them laughing ???? again.... What a breath of fresh air.... Order was perfect again... .

The service here is absolutely terrible. I was sitting at the speaker along with four other cars for five minutes without any response. They often don't have food available, whether it's donuts, chicken, or steak. The place is extremely disorganized. I've worked at Tim Hortons from Ontario to Alberta for most of my life, and even though I live just eight minutes away from this location, I can't imagine working here given how slowly the employees operate and how unprofessional they are. The entire establishment lacks proper organization. Tim Hortons has a competition every year for the top-performing stores, with a peak service time from 6 to 10 AM. With the way this location is managed, there's no way it would ever rank in the top 100, let alone the top three in Canada.

I ordered a cream cheese bagel with tomato, but it was missing the tomato. The food was good quality otherwise. The drive-thru service was quick, and the location is new and inviting. The staff was friendly, making it a convenient stop on my way to the lakes and resorts.

I ordered birthday cake Timbits just before 8:15 in the morning, and unfortunately, they were completely STALE. I really wonder how it's possible to serve stale Timbits at that time of day.
