Tim Hortons - Shelburne

Like most Tim Hortons locations, this one is similar in many ways. However, the servers here stand out for their friendliness and patience, even during busy times. They are also knowledgeable and understanding when it comes to customers with communication difficulties.

This restaurant serves the largest coffee in North America. The service is incredibly sweet, with a team that always greets you with a smile. The place is clean, fast, and offers the best tasting coffee and donuts.

Whenever we travel throughout Canada, we often make a point to stop at this restaurant. However, our recent experience was quite disappointing. The staff was not friendly or attentive to customers, and the bathrooms were dirty. It was late in the day, almost dark, so it was not the expected time of day. The potato wedges were soggy, and my order was incorrect; I received a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the chicken bacon ranch I had ordered. I even had my partner taste it, and they confirmed that it was indeed the wrong order.

I am often in shelburne tim hortons because I have 2 co-op students there. I find the employees working hard and very pleasant. I admired particularly diana mcgregors service atation of a day when she was busy with a very difficult customer. after she was taken back for a second when he was inappropriate, she smiled simply, made him a new coffee and offered him a good day.

We Love this location , it right on hwy 124 so you don’t have to go off the main roads . They are way to busy most times that’s the only downfall with this location.
