Feedback gevenDrive them thru on sept 2 was a little slow what is expected, I usually have good visits and generally enjoy the tropical smoothie caffe experience. problem this day was the type that took my order very short with me. and obviously upset by his job!? to make it worse. I hear my total number, I have my card ready and old reaches the window with a card reader. literally looks at the other wise while it hardly holds. I then know* that we need to participate in the transaction and I want to decide for a 7$ smoothie. dude cries directions to me (with his head turned) an unpleasant situation from what is normally a seamless process! not a good call from companies to bring back the hand held card reader in the thru running gear. I remember that workers last year said they were strictly forbidden to take tips and now they have a card reader who automatically asks if we want to give a tip?
Absolutely they love the watermelon mojito smoothie and the erdnus butter bananen crunch queensadilla to the breakfast. always clean and bright, and the staff is friendly.
I loved my dragon fruit smoothie. smoothie was nice, cool and big enough to save something later on the day. the line was long, but they pushed and pulled it out. the customer service was at the top. I had a teriyaki flatbread it was okay even if I didn't ask for any tomato. next time try imma another flatbread.
I love her Baja Chicken Wrap and also the Avocolada smoothie. Always refreshing and quick service. It's in the same building where I work, True Sleep. So it's nice to have it close.
The drive thru is kind of slow. i noticed every car ahead of me and then me were waiting at the window for a few minutes. seems as if the food and/or drinks can not be prepared within the window between ordering and pulling up. still more convenient than leaving the car though. food and smoothies still taste great, so no complaints
