Took forever to get this food. Unmelted grilled cheese panini and a bagel with cream cheese. We were the only people in line. So incredibly lazy!

This Tim Hortons has extremely rude and lazy employees. Every time I go here the person at the window act like they have somewhere better to be. I ordered one donut and one coffee and where are the sprinkles? And my coffee tastes burnt.

The manager is extremely abusive to his employees, most of which are high school kids. I reported him to the afternoon manager, who responded with ? that doesn?t happen here! He?s my father and I support him! If you don?t like it, you don?t have to come in here anymore!? Turnover in this location is high, and orders are never right. Many of the employees told me not to say anything because they are afraid of him. I reported both father and daughter to corporate. I?ll never spend another cent here! There?s a right way and a wrong way to treat employees, and customers. This family needs to rethink how the business is run!
