Bojangles - Shelby

I ordered a biscuit with gravy, but what I received was far from what I expected. Instead of actual gravy, it seemed like just sausage water! I had recently enjoyed a delicious biscuit with real gravy from the Bojangles in Hendersonville, so this experience was particularly disappointing. Lately, this location has consistently let me down.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I live right near this location, and the last few times I've ordered food, it has been terrible, or they forgot something. I definitely won’t be going back and will choose a different restaurant instead.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service. They refused to serve me because my vehicle couldn't fit in their driveway.

We live around the corner and we come here every Sunday having to find a new place to go bcuz the food is terrible the service is super rude. Fries are as stale and cold as could be, should be ashamed to serve food like this.

Sept.30,2022 the gravy was rank didn't get my order right argued with me over it had to pay extra for what should have been in the combo.will not be going back to this rude bojangles.
