Checkers - Shelby

I really hope the owners take the time to read these reviews and address the issues with their staff. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had ordering food. The employees seemed to have a serious attitude problem. When I went through the drive-thru, Kayla and her coworker argued with me about some missing items from my order. I decided it wasn’t worth it to keep arguing, so I just left. I won’t be returning. If you're unhappy in your job, Kayla, maybe it's time to look for something else?

Love this place. Grew up as a kid eating it.. And it's on the way to the best outlaw drag strip in Shelby ... Shadyside drag way .. I stop here at checkers before I go racing .... Everytime..

If you go here you know what your getting!! For a checkers place this one was ok! Fries are always good cheeseburgers are little and not good!!

To say they were very short on staff, they were friendly, they went above and beyond, and the food was amazing! Please be patient when others are providing us service.

Whoever the drive through woman is she is absolutely RUDE!! To tell someone that they can't have anything because they changed their mind on what they wanted to order is completely unacceptable. The fact that someone like that is allowed to work with the public is ridiculous. Will NOT be spending anymore money here.
