I've enjoyed the food every time I've visited. The staff is friendly, and the service is fairly quick. Plus, the drink machine offers a wider variety of options than at other Firehouse locations, which is definitely a bonus!

The prices were quite high. While the food looked good, the flavor didn’t quite match up. I mentioned to the staff that it was my first visit, but she didn’t offer any recommendations as I was trying to make a decision.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were rude and made mistakes with our orders. We had to go back inside to get them corrected, but they still didn't get it right. I was informed that my sub came with three slices of cheese, and I even paid for extra, yet there was only one slice on it. Since we were traveling, this caused us more delays and problems than we could afford to handle.

Whoa Such a LONG wait for the food. I don’t know the exact wait time but I know it was an unusually LONG wait.

The food was very good.The service was very very bad.My wife and I were the only ones in the restaurant and it took 45 mins to get our order.3 people working or should I say we're there.They kept taking orders after ours and everyone waited to the point of asking for back.The food was good but we will never go there again.We had long waits everytime we ate there but that was unacceptable!
