Feedback gevenWill not be back. The last two time I have ordered there the food had no teriyaki seasoning the second time it had no hibachi season. Paid over $35 both times and the food was plain as plain can be. Ess portians of steak and shrimp then it use to be. And completely tasteless with no seasoning. I'm will not be back paying that much for no taste food. It use to be good. Don't know what happened with it.Service 1 star because what kind of service is there when you can't dine in, food handed to you thru a window and you pay thru a window.Atmosphere the same no atmosphere when it is drive thru only.
The food here is always good and you get a good portion on your plate. Service is always great. Usually get exactly what you order.Food: 4/5
They need to bring back indoor dining. The food is good if you're not wanting to drive to Gastonia. The owners are snappy but will converse with you. As a place that I would have picked for bringing my business guest to for quick food on the go, it would have been a good choice. But after ordering a large meal from them, I asked if the owner would give another shrimp sauce to the order on the house, and she was in ill temperament about that and refused. The cost was $1.75. So, as a tip, I tipped the amount of the sauce, as it was not about the sauce but taking care of your customers. That was rude on their end to treat a well paying customer that way. Especially one who was bringing in an entire facility of workers to take a business lunch at their restaurant. Indoor dining would be a great start at fixing their customer experience.
