Feedback gevenI stopped by the restaurant to grab some food to go on a busy Friday night around 7pm. The staff was efficient and capable of handling the high volume of customers. The manager was quick to attend to any customer needs. Overall, it was a great experience. Shelbyville has become my preferred city for ordering food from restaurants. 5 stars for the friendly and competent staff.
I always visit Arby's and order an Arby's melt combo. Despite the fact that no one was familiar with it, the manager decided to substitute it with a classic roast beef sandwich and add cheddar, costing me $7 for just a sandwich instead of the usual $5 combo including sandwich, fries and drink. When I questioned this, I overheard the manager speaking disrespectfully about me to the other employees. I confronted her about it and she was rude and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is not acceptable in a customer service setting. I will not be returning to this location while she is working, as the other employees were pleasant and should not be influenced by her negative behavior. It is inappropriate to mock and gossip about customers.
The service was excellent. They play music loudly, making it difficult for customers to hear when their orders are ready.
They have everything. sadly lost 2 stars when their fries sucked yesterday.
I’ve been working since I was 14 and I’ve NEVER had a experience like this.. The mens restroom was a hot mess and I told the manger that it needed some help, and she seemed not to care at all! I literally almost slipped and fell and I dropped my cup and asked for a new one and she refused to give it to me. So I brought my happy self to the website. I think the manger name was Georgia, if she worked with my GM she would have to get it together ASAP..Next time I come in I hope it’s a better experience.
