El Meson Mexican - Shelbyville

We had burritos. They were really good. Everyone was friendly. Tables and booths were clean. Did not like the tea, but other than that all was good. Will be back!

Good food. Service good have been better but I think they were short handed

Multiple times we have been to this restaurant every since we have moved to Shelbyville. This will be our last. Almost every time we have come in, we didn't feel very welcomed and felt like we were just an annoyance to the waitresses. Trying to be nice and polite but they were still short and rude with us multiple times. We have friends that have noticed the customer service going downhill too. The food is okay. Not the cleanest restaurant. My family is just very disappointed with the customer service and almost feel uncomfortable being there. I will go out of my way 20 minutes from home to Mi Abuelito and El Abuelo in Franklin and Whiteland before I go eat in Shelbyville now.

We've always enjoyed El Mason. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and they have great adult beverages. Plus, we really like the patio.

Fantastic service! The staff is incredibly friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The food is not only delicious but also served quickly. The vibrant colors of the decor add to the warm and inviting ambiance. The authentic Mexican cuisine is truly exceptional. It’s a quiet spot and definitely a hidden gem. I’ll be returning frequently! The drinks are excellent as well.
