Giovannis Pizza - Shelbyville

Pizza was very good! Would definitely go back. Service could be better.... they ask you to pay before they bring your food, ok. we ordered a salad and pizza. They never brought our salad (which obviously shld come out first). When they brought our pizza out, we asked about our salad, they asked if we still even wanted the salad... well, we did already pay for it, so, yes. Also, during COVID concerns, DON'T seat people right next to each other when the restaurant is basically empty. There was only one couple when we came in, we were sat 2 tables from them, hmmm,ok. Another couple comes in and were sat at table between us, next couple right next to us. They had us at 5 tables all crammed on one side of the restaurant while the other half was empty.

They have an answering service that takes your order. The placr Is shut down. No longer open. I called customer service at Pizza Hut and the woman was laughing about it. It took me about 35 min to get there to see the store was closed . I didn't think it was to funny. Then she said we will see me soon at another Pizza Hut. I will never go to Pizza Hut again.

Hate ordering at Shelbyville pizza hut ordered at 613p it's now 750p and still no pizza. This always happens won't order again. Still waiting and waiting.

I dont know why this place has a low rating. I order every week and their food is hot, delicious, and on time. If not on time 5 minutes late. Great service, great people, I love this hut!

The order took 2 hours to get to my house. After about a hour went by, I called the store and was told my order was with the delivery driver. He finally called about 45 minutes later and asked me to walk outside to the street to meet him.The pizza was cold ofcourse.I paid for my order in cash with a little note on it!My tip for the driver put some hurry on it next time. I shouldn't have to walk out to meet you. That is your job Boy! Maybe drop the attitude and a couple hundred pounds. Slamming your car door don't make you tough.P.s.Hope you got that note!Maybe follow your nose.. might have some shiiit on it!
