Mcdonald's - Shelbyville

It doesnt seem to matter if the drive thru is full or empty, the time it takes to get your food will be about the same. Very slow, but at least the food always tastes the same.

This McDonalds is one of the worst I've been to and continues to show it with their rude and unprofessional staff. We went here today only because we were right across the street. They only gave us half our order even though we had our receipt showing what we ordered and they argued and told us our receipt was wrong. They told us we would have to pay for whatever else we wanted even though our receipt showed we had already paid for the items. Them employee that we dealt with yelled and argued with us the entire time. and refused to give us her name or allow us to speak to someone else.

Terrible experience. Waited for 25 minutes today for food and left. No refund..no customer care. THE WORST.

It was around lunchtime extremely busy this place performed extremely well under the circumstances. They had cars pulled in every slot available. I know that would be hard to keep trying of. No one that I noticed was there for more than a minute. Def recommend in and out quick. My order was correct and staff was very courteous. Shout out to the manger on shift for running such a smooth shift!

Sincere question, maybe somebody on here can answer it. What's the purpose of having the two separate drive-throughs? You order you pull up you pay and then they tell you to pull over the spot one through eight and wait for your food. Does absolutely no good to have the two separate drive-thrus. Moving forward when I'm told to pull up. I'm just going to say no. Thank you. I'll wait right here
