Ascot Club Grille - Shelton

Wow! Huge portions and great prices! I admit that I have worked in this area for years and always thought that this was a dark smokey bar, but beautiful in it reminded me of something from happy days lol food is amazing!!! Totally hidden gem.

Hidden Gem. This place may look like a hole in the wall, but the food is some of the best I had in Shelton. And because some of them know, there's almost never a table. Sandwiches, salads and dinners were always excellent, but my favorite thing about the Ascot Club is the appetizers. The fried mozzarella and the nachos are absolutely delicious, and the portions are huge. Prices are more than reasonable so that you are definitely worth your money. The staff is always friendly and accentuated.

Ascot Club Shelton CT. 1/4 mile from Route 8. Nice place, good food, price right. Had Linguine with mussels Fra Diavolo fantastic! Wings are sharp. Burgers are great and tasty. Sports on all TVs. Friendly people. Try it. They won't be disappointed.

GREAT PLACE. The Ascot Club is where you bring someone because you know you get a good meal and you are better hungry because the portions are BIG. People who work there are very friendly as you are with family. I would recommend it to everyone who made good food and the house Perogies are to die. You also have a large selection-- happy food

This place is a hole in wall. And you know what they say about those. Hidden Gems.... The food was delicious, customer service was fantastic. Before we can finish our pitcher waitress was back to ask if we needed more or anything else in that matter. We were able to watch the Football game we wanted with the volume up to hear it. (reason for the 5 . Only con wish the TVs were bit bigger and more to watch various games at once. Not saying there was not other but were far apart where i had to turn around which a way to quickly catch Red Zone or another game or Yanks game. All in all great place to go with FB crew. FYI not open Mondays currently. so MNF is no go. Maybe we can convince them to start. ;
