Burger King - Shelton

I already like to eat fast as is, but that has it done for me definitiw they cannot even say that this is a spicy chicken burger?

Worst fast food restaurant on the planet. You sit for an hour waiting to move up to the order screen only to have your hopes of placing your order dashed by a punk kid tell you to I be will you in a moment Boom radio silence for the next 20 minutes. They then have an attitude like you are inconveniencing them with asking for no onions on your whopper. You then wait another 15-20 minutes to move up to the window to pay... Only to find out they have run out of tomatoes and lettuce???? How? How is a restaurant out of food when that is your business is to feed people. You get most of my order and go to leave only to have no fries.... How do you forget someone's fries??? Forget this... go to get Dominos! Thanks dominos for putting a store in Lake Kathryn Village.

Terrible service, incredibly slow, don't greet customers at the counter, never have online orders started until arrival. Possibly the worst customer service in Shelton, and that's impressive.

Was told I could not order mozzarella sticks because they were saving them for mobile orders only and if I would like I could go thru the drive thru again after placing a mobile order for cheese sticks! What business turns down guaranteed for a we might get bombarded with mobile orders. So we have to save the mozzarella sticks for the maybe mobile orders. On a Sunday night with less then an hour till closing. How does that make any sense? Terrible management. Did I mention we waited in drive thru for 3-4 minutes to order and we were the only ones in drive thru a f they messed our order up which I expected after attempting to get the manager to understand how turning away a paying customer makes no sense. Save those mozzarella sticks for your mobile orders BK

The restaurant is filthy, the counter staff ignores customers waiting for service, the line cook sends out burgers that are unevenly heated like they just came out of a microwave, and management just shrugs it off when there's a problem with the order.
