Chili's Grill - Shelton

When we were here for the first time, everything was good and we praised to come here more often. Well, we were back twice and it was horrible both times. I don't think there's an administration in the spatial areas, because the personal simply doesn't care. I saw a dirty serviette on the floor near the beginning, obviously for all who walk in and out. 4 different employees went around them instead of picking them up. finally, a 5th employee took it. out of 3 total visits, this was eating once good, but terrible (overtaken) twice. the best I can say is that it is unconsistent. we're not coming back here.

I and my husband went for a night, and it was wonderful. we have nachos that were great, and a mango margarita delicacies. our meals were well cooked and were tasty, I got the old timer burger with frits. about alla beautiful place, definitely recommend! btw happy hour is 3- 7 and there are $4 margaritas!

This place was clean, well managed and our server was lovely. we arrived shortly after the lunchtime and my family and I were served quickly and supplied with speed and carefree. the food was cooked to order and everyone enjoyed it.

Nightmare online order pick-up! Day in car 10 minutes then went inside. No one at pick-up counter and several people waiting.. waited another 10 minutes then young guy hands me a tiny side salad with nothing on it when I ordered large Caesar salad with shrimp. Had to get manager to come out. He got them to make a new salad but waited another 10 minutes. After all that the quality of the salad was not great, very disappointing. They stopped making the salad I loved. My last time going to Chilis.

Love Chilis, food is always good. However most recently this particular location appears to be having staff shortage.. I sat at the bar an ordered and ate my food there. Because there was hardly any waitstaff working
