I have been going to Jerry's for 2+ years, almost 5 days per week. Their food is very good and I appreciate that they use natural ingredients, not highly processed food, and that they are environmentally friendly, phasing out plastic containers, cups and straws... also appreciate Rahees greeting me at the counter everyday with positivity, humor and a smile. Love you guys!!

The food was quite good, but the customer service was lacking. I waited five minutes just to place my order, and there wasn't a single employee in sight—felt like a ghost town!

I ordered from Grub Hub today and got beef empanadas and a large cheese pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold and heavily soaked in sauce. The empanada was the most disappointing part; the description said it came with two, but what I received was a poorly cooked mess. One side was burnt while the other was undercooked and greasy. The box also had shredded paper inside with the empanada. I called customer service, but the restaurant refused to help. Overall, the food was terrible and the customer service was even worse.
