I’m not sure how they manage to make scrambled eggs taste that amazing! It’s a clear sign that this place is fantastic for breakfast. The toast was brioche and came with a strawberry jelly that I suspect had a hint of rosemary in it. They also offer a variety of drink flights for brunch that I’ll have to sample next time, as they looked delicious. The St-Germain mimosa was much better than the standard one because it didn’t have too much orange juice in it. That said, I do think the mimosa is slightly overpriced since it’s primarily orange juice. And don’t miss the chance to wash your hands in the bathroom— the hand soap smells incredible, and they even sell it at the front. The service was excellent until checkout; we had to wait nearly 10 minutes with our empty plates and drinks for our server to process our payment.

Fieldings is a family-friendly restaurant boasting an extensive menu with a wide variety of entrée options. The drink menu is quite impressive as well. All the food is fresh and sourced from local farms, and they even slice their own bacon and handle their own meat cutting. I ordered the avocado toast and loved the unique flavor combinations of bacon, mango, egg, and avocado – they complemented each other perfectly. I also tried a blueberry mimosa and a French 75, both of which were delicious! My kids chose items from the children's menu and thoroughly enjoyed their burgers. The buns are made from scratch, with a gluten-free option available if desired. I really enjoyed the food; while it was on the pricier side, the freshness was apparent and definitely justified the price.

Fantastic Spot! We had a wonderful brunch here. The Eggs Benedict were cooked to perfection, topped with a rich and creamy hollandaise sauce. The highlight of the dish was definitely the bacon. The Texas Hash was a hearty meal—while it wasn’t overly spicy, it did include grilled jalapeños for those who enjoy a little heat. The brunch flights of Bloody Marys, Mimosas, or Coffee add a lovely touch for those interested in an adult beverage. They also have a full bar and a solid selection of draft beers. The service was exceptional; the restaurant was well-staffed, and everyone was friendly and courteous. We truly enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking great food and an excellent dining experience.

For brunch, go for the Rib and Grits. For lunch, the Salmon BLT is a must-try. And for dinner, you can't go wrong with the Truffle Burger and Onion Rings.

As a first-time visitor, I was excited about the menu selection and decided to try the Texas Hash. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. The brisket was mostly fat—about 75%—and the hash, which is essentially fries, tasted stale. If the dish had featured leaner brisket and fresher, crispier fries, it would have been a real winner. On a positive note, our server was fantastic. I’m willing to give it another shot in the future.
