Mi Rancho Mexican Grill Shenandoah

Great food and great service. the damn guac. is the best! fresh hot salsa and chips too. we ordered a few food and it was all delicious!

We like to go to mi rancho. good service, we visit a lot. but tonight was terrible. the waiter could not speak English. only two times for drinks and eating. then no one there. as a (fund out later that is busboy that just got there from mexico and know no English)walked by whom we tried to ask for a togo box, gave us the most rude looking and went through the curse where our waiter was with a girl? and he stuck his thumb in the air and waved another person? no one came by? Finally the cassian saw us, she went by and said I'm sorry that the man went? (explains why nobody was there) and we said how rude the busboy was? she said I'm sorry he didn't understand in English that he was just here from mexiko? What is he doing here? I'm sorry they work in the usa. maybe a Mexican restaurant? do you learn the English language and keep it the same service, even if your manager does it there or not? will it take long before we come back? too many better places around

Great tasting eating and super service. I had recommended the enchiladas verdes with bark meat fajita upgrade. I'm back, save them the service fee when they pay cash. They didn't know that because it was my first time here and I found this place by driving by while I took a quick lunch in the work.

Great food.. the sour cream enchiladas were on point. Server was excellent. We will be back for sure.

The drinks are okay...the food was not seasoned and the staff was a bit rude. We asked for water and kept being told no, the salsa we asked for never came and the restrooms needed cleaning. I came out for a birthday dinner but won't say I will be back I paid 100$ for 2 people and that's okay if we liked the food...a pass for me.
