Cluckers Shepherdsville

The food was okay, but we came for specific dishes on the menu. However, we won't be returning until karaoke night is improved! The venue isn't designed for loud noise; we constantly had to ask them to turn it down since everyone was shouting over their music to be heard. It was quite ridiculous!

This is truly the worst restaurant in Shepherdsville. I saw the chef using a firearm behind the bar, which is alarming. The tables and menus were disgustingly sticky. The staff were immature and rude. The wings were either undercooked or overcooked. The beer was flat and not cold at all. I will never return to this place. Proceed with caution.

The food is good most of the time, but the service is often lacking when dining in.

In town in business. On Sunday late afternoon NFL games stopped. Many TVs to see ball. Was sitting pretty fast (bar was full). Service was as expected for a busy day of play. Had 10 wings in Boom Boom sauce with pommes. They have about 15 different sauces/ juices. The wings were a good size and a great price. The pommes were crispy, but potatoes as I like! Server was more attentive than expected. Again a few days later for another round of wings (this time in Cajun) and onion rings stopped. Here, too, food and service were excellent. I want to hit Cluckers again before I get home!

The waitstaff was excellent! The food was sub-par. Nothing stood out with what I ordered. My family didn't care for their food either.
