Penn Station East Coast Subs

So good! This location is clean and the staff is friendly. The food is good enough to overcome to price. I will return.

Went here last night and got 2 Chicken Parm sandwiches. Mine was fine but my daughter found a 2 inch piece of bone in her's. I am so thankful that she REALLY chews her food or that would have been a trip to the ER. I did let them know and they remade the sandwich but she just couldn't eat it. After that they were making sure they were cutting it up really good. All I can say is beware. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Nothing special about Penn Station.. the last time we ate their the bill was more expensive than a much better and near by restaurant like Little Daniel's Mexican, Cattlemen's or Clucker's. Seriously, if you're thinking about Penn Station.. go to Clucker's... you'll be happier.

I took my money for two medium-sized cheeses and then told my wife and I we never paid. the excuse was understated and more, but we saw how the employee gave our food to another person. my wife mentioned it and was told not to worry. then said we didn't pay. another employee offered to help with a refund after a manager showed up and after cooking. ridiculous service and very dissatisfied and disappointing. wait after an hour and two other customers complain in our defense, I never eat again at a penn station. we will certainly present formal complaints. do not accept this type of service. my wife has managed a penn station in the past and I have a subway. that is unacceptable.

We had 1 piece of meat in our sandwiches and the fries were cold. how are cold when they make them when ordering people, very disappointed at this place. This is the second time that we did not have such good eating. will not be back! smh
