Mcdonald's - Sheppard Air Force Base

It's a fast food restaurant. I do not understand why you're employees are so rude. I'm deaf in one ear and we were just trying to get a sweet tea. The second window employee told me that I was rude for asking to exchange the beverage. My 72 yeer old grandmother tried to make things right. Get it together. We work too. Don't be rude.

Kids loved McDonald's, I was on drive thru the two lane order board. Cars were taking turns as they approached which board to use. Out of nowhere, a white SUV cut the whole line to order from outside lane, cutting off all those who had been waiting. My thought rude. If it is supposed to be two separate lines, then McDonald's needs to draw two different lanes. Sure, this was not the first time this has happened.

Stopped while driving thru town. Ordered two cheeseburgers #7) and some nuggets. Paid and waited 15 minutes for food. Granted, it was like 10 p.m., but there were no customers inside. I asked for ketchup, and this young girl gives me like a handful for a small fry. Start driving on the highway, and fries are cold! Why did they take so long?

Don’t bother trying to go through the Drive Thru till at least 6am. Hours say it opens at 5am but their “systems” are always down

Good place to eat and they gave us the wrong food one time and made it right thr next time we came in
