The tea was great, the staff was friendly, but the restaurant was a little cold. I will definitely come back on a warm summer day. We even saw a couple of planes flying by.

Despite the website and Facebook page indicating that the bar had reopened with daily hours from 9am to 4pm, when we arrived at 11:30am today, we found the main door locked and the bar in darkness. We will not return until we can confirm that it is indeed open.

Doesn't look like it's ever going to open again!! Come on, give us some info please!! Been several times with no luck.

If this restaurant were to be transformed into a McDonald's, it would likely receive better reviews. The establishment has a vintage feel, with food that seems to be stuck in the 1950s. Just a heads up for anyone looking for a more modern dining experience.

Website needs to be updated and phone needs an answering message! Been twice from Folkestone and website says open but still closed due to flooding.
