Mermaids Cafe - Shepway

Located in a charming spot with a view of Mermaid Cove, this cafe served food quickly despite being busy. The quality of the dishes was excellent and the prices were reasonable.

The restaurant has a stunning view of the ocean and a relaxed, unique atmosphere. The servers were friendly. We ordered two hot drinks, a water, a sweet pastry, and a sandwich, which came to just under £20. I thought the prices were excessive considering that the food and drinks were good but not outstanding.

We stopped at a café on the way to the nearby park to grab a bite to eat. The café seemed outdated and in need of a good cleaning. It may have been a popular spot in the past, but now it lacks maintenance. The menu was limited, so we all decided to order hot dogs. We were served a very average hot dog in a bun. The café has potential and a great location, but the overall cleanliness both inside and outside needs to be improved.

Very late on a Sunday afternoon, but a very warm welcome from friendly staff. had an excellent glowing wine with a mint cake, served by the beautiful molly mermaid. highly recommended.

Warm friendly staff, large selection of snacks, eating hot drinks, cold drinks, ice cream, kinder food, buddha dishes. a beautiful sitting area with views of the sea, some in the shade and some in the sun all dine and drinks are very cheap and in the perfect location near the beach and the lower leas coastal playground.
