The Master Brewer - Shepway

We stayed overnight in the pub car park in our motorhome (which they allow if you call ahead) we were on route to France via Eurotunnel. We ate in the pub, food was good and very cheap! 3 adults and 2 kids ate for £26. Staff were friendly. Would visit again if travelling that way in the future.

Ok the menu is not extensive but for good home cooked food it takes some beating. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff make this pub. The outside decking is covered and there's extra seating as well. Perhaps some steak on the menu would be good! Great fish and wonderful chips with steak and kidney pudding well worth a mention.Set n the heart of Brodhead Village it's a peaceful place to while away time. D

Being unfamiliar with the area, I was in search of a place to have dinner and came across a brown sign from the Tourist Board on the main road. I am glad I did because the meal at this restaurant was excellent. The staff was attentive, very friendly, and efficient, including the landlord/manager.

Took my parents out on Sunday for a lovely roast dinner at the Master Brewer. We had a choice of lamb, turkey or beef; having chosen the lamb, it was beautifully cooked with a very generous portion; the vegetables and roast potatoes were all excellent too Great choice of desserts would recommend the spotted dick!! Excellent service and really good value!

The meat was incredibly tender and juicy with generous portions. We thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday roast and the staff were very friendly. Thank you!
