Eggsquis - Sherbrooke

The quality of this place is surpassed any other breakfest restaurant this place is great! Delicious. Fresh products from freshly squeeze juice to ham and potatos everything was great. The service was alwas on par toping up our coffee when needed and asking if we needed a little something else. 5 stars a must go to every morning for the locals.

Food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful even though I didn't speak French. Definitely will come back next time I'm in Sherbrooke!!

Update on December 30: I visited again today with my family and everything was perfect. We had a wonderful waitress who was friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing! The best breakfast in Sherbrooke!

I've visited this restaurant multiple times over the years, but my most recent experience was quite disappointing. The Eggs Benedict seemed like the sauce had been made yesterday and just reheated today. The English muffins were soggy, and the presentation of the dish looked haphazard. Additionally, some of the waitstaff were using foul language while chatting with each other, which created a less-than-professional atmosphere. It felt as if there was no one managing the situation. This might be my last visit, as there are better options elsewhere.
