Restaurant Le Chou-Bruxelles

I always have a great time at this restaurant. The food is consistently perfect and the staff is very friendly. It is one of the best places in Sherbrooke.

I always choose this restaurant for special date nights with my husband. Our go-to appetizer is the salmon carpaccio, and we love ordering the pots of mussels. However, I find that the salmon can sometimes taste too strong or even salty, and the cognac-flavored dish was a bit overpowering for my taste. I look forward to trying out some different flavors on our next visit!

Great little place, cosy, well situated and friendly staff. the food is amazing. The menu is very French and you can bring your own wine.

I dont usually like going out to dinner because im a cook and would prefer to make things at home. We went out for our anniversary and let me tell you, I was speechles. We ordered the gastronomy menu with five courses. Every course kept getting better and better. Everything was seasoned perfectly and all the ingredients complemented each other so well. My favorite was the tequila and lemon sorbet degustation in between the starters and main dish. I highly reccomend eating here if you get the chance!
