Siboire - Sherbrooke

This was our second time visiting the Jacques Cartier location of Siboire (we were used to visiting the one downtown during our time at Université de Sherbrooke). We brought friends along for lunch and everyone was delighted!The menu offers all kinds of options and there is also a lunch special. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the locally source meat and cheese platters to the various freshly made pizzas.There are a ton of traditional Siboire beers brewed locally. They also offer seasonal choices. All their beers are fresh, tasty and interesting. The waitress knew them really well and was able to help us make good choices depending on our tastes. They also offer cocktails and wines for all the non-beer lovers.The atmosphere is really nice, both inside and on the outdoors patio. We had a wonderful time and we will be back!

Loved the terrace. Loved the atmosphere, not snobbish at all like a lot of those new brewery. The food was amazing, so tasty. I took the carpaccio de cerf. The flavors of all the ingredients worked in perfect harmony. Boyfriend took the mac & cheese. The noodle were perfectly cooked (which is sadly kind of rare) and the taste was amazing too. The only thing was the service was a bit disorganized. We had to ask for cutlery after receiving our food. Same thing happen to the table next to us with another waiter.

Exspensive! Typical pub food! No wow dishes! Tight no space! One washroom male/female main floor! Second floor service! Cold dishes!

The food was excellent and our waitress, Veronique was helpful, fun and patient with our lack of French and a mishap or two. She made the experience that much nicer. Thank you, Veronique!

Was there last week, had a salmon salad , was very good at a good price, great beer selection. Was there for a business meeting, not to noisy and at the same time cozy.
