Tim Hortons - Sherbrooke

Hi everything is good but your staff is very slow they waste my 20 min just for 1 coffee and that time store was not busy just 3 costumer. Hope u guys take care value of time thanks

I waited 20 minutes at the counter inside. No one ever came to take the order. The girl only took drive-thru orders. Her colleague even came to her to ask if she needed help and she said no. I left after 20 minutes. Really ordinary.

Worst experience in a Timhortonmy life. 30 minutes before we got our food, even though it wasn't busy. After 15 min, they realized that the bread was frozen, so they were trying to thaw it... 10 later, they made my sandwich, I received the cheese still cold, but oh well! At least I can leave. I arrive to eat it and there is a long black hair on it... disgusting and worst possible service. I will never go back there again

I have rarely been so badly served in my life. Bad order bad communication dirtiness of the premises non-chalance of the staff.

Very long wait for ordering from the car! And often not the right command.
