This is the 4th time I've been to this Tim Horton and I don't have good service! this time it's too much! After waiting at least 25 minutes, when I finally got my order, I didn't get what I ordered at all; instead of having my morning breakfast on bread with a medium black coffee, a fruity explosion muffin instead of a honey dogfish. Finally I had my morning meal on an English muffin, a muffin AND a honey dogfish WITHOUT coffee. After politely saying that my coffee that I had ordered was missing, the employee told me that it had not been registered and he made me pay for it instead of giving it to me! Price accuracy policy and employee fault doesn't mean anything to you? This Tim Horton needs better service management!
No service two 16 year olds not supervised. In 15 minutes no one came to see us at the counter. Lack of employee management and
I waited 20 minutes at the counter inside. No one ever came to take the order. The girl only took drive-thru orders. Her colleague even came to her to ask if she needed help and she said no. I left after 20 minutes. Really ordinary.
I have rarely been so badly served in my life. Bad order bad communication dirtiness of the premises non-chalance of the staff.
