Tim Hortons - Sherbrooke

For a Tim Hortons, this location is very nice. Lots of seating, some comfy chairs and a fireplace. The service was very friendly and helpful.

Worst Tim Hortons experience ever. The restaurant smelled of old burnt fat (a smell which remained on my clothes afterwards) and the cleanliness really left something to be desired: all the tables were dirty and there was a pile of waste, including soiled sanitary napkins, on the floor behind the bathroom door. The service was not better. The cashier had to think 3 times to take our order, which was very simple (two lattes and two donuts). After a long wait, she finally asked someone else for help because she didn't know how to make lattes. We asked for them with sugar, which was obviously forgotten. The donuts were dry and had clearly spent too much time in the display. It seems that almost all the cafes in this area are closed on Mondays, which is why we went to this place. We should have skipped to McDonald's, it could hardly have been worse.

Went there at 10 in the morning and they didn't have all their ithen advertised aviable.Visited at 10 a.m. and product was not available.

The staff looked completely lost, the kitchen was very dirty and on top of that the milk in my latte was no longer good or expired.

I love that the employees show their pride and also have their preferred pronouns on their sweaters it really warms my little queer heart
