Feedback gevenWe had a great experience here. We were seated at Chef Bar right beside where the chef placed the plates that were ready to go.Our server was never there, it took 20 minutes to order a drink and another 15 to get it. Luckily, the chef Sébastien notice that and decided that he would take care of us. He told us about the specials of the day and what had changed on the menu. He took our order by hand on a slip of paper and kept an eye on us to know when to prepare our next plates.The food tasted great and being able to watch the action in the kitchen was fun! If we'd had been sitting anywhere else and had to wait on our server, we probably would not of enjoyed our experience. Thank you Sébastien for taking care of us!

We celebrated our 13th anniversary dinner at Westley and it was an unforgettable experience. The vanilla butternut risotto was absolutely delicious, and we were equally impressed with the grilled octopus and salmon dishes. It wasn't just the quality of the fish that stood out, but also the amazing accompanying sides. The pumpkin butter with miso and sake sauce on the salmon was a particularly outstanding combination. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience at Westley. Thank you!
Pros: - The drinks were exceptional, some of the best I have had in Sherbrooke. - The staff were friendly and bilingual, always smiling. - The decor and layout of the bar were lovely. - My partner enjoyed the Pretzel with pear mustard. - My starter, Chips with sour cream, was okay in portion size but needed more dip. Cons: - The service was very slow, taking over an hour to receive our starters and another 45 minutes for my main dish. - The music was too loud, making it difficult to hear my partner or the waiter. - The restaurant felt crowded and cramped, with little space between tables. - My braised beef cheeks with red wine sauce were not tender, lacked flavor and were undercooked. The portion size was small and had too much fat. - We only received bread after asking for it, and the olive oil served with it was rancid. - The bathroom experience was awkward, as one of the chefs was blocking the door and had to be moved by the manager. Overall, the restaurant needs more staff to improve the slow service. The food felt rushed and the rancid oil was disappointing. The debate of returning is based on the quality of the drinks versus the disappointing food and service experience.
