Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sherman Oaks

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the extremely rude staff member. She lacked professionalism and couldn't even get a simple bowl order right. Despite repeating my preferences multiple times, they still didn't pay attention. I would rate this place negatively for the terrible service.

I have to question whether the "double meat" is actually just the standard portion. They are extremely stingy, even with the lettuce! The customer service leaves much to be desired as well. I would recommend steering clear of this place and opting for another option in the food court. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience here was terrible. This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to!

This has been one of the worst Chipotle locations I've visited. I consistently order online and give them at least 15 minutes to prepare my meal, yet each time I arrive, my order hasn’t even been started. The whole purpose of online ordering is to have my food ready when I arrive. A slight delay is understandable, but it’s unacceptable that they don’t begin preparing my order until I show up. To make matters worse, there’s usually something wrong with my order. For instance, today I ordered a salad but didn’t receive the dressing. Since I work in the mall and was on a lunch break, I didn’t have time to go back for it. I really enjoy Chipotle, but I am extremely disappointed with this location. I hope they can improve.

I usually order from chipotle on victory and its always good, but we just placed an $80 order here and the salads were basically half full, they were placed in the bag sideways, and any bit of moisture leaked everywhere. Won't be going here again. Total disappointment.

I?ve ordered from this location numerous times. Online order for in store pick-up. The staff and management team needs to be retrain as they do not acknowledge the customers waiting to pick-up. The reason we order online is so we don?t have to wait, and more often, it?s faster to order directly than pick-up an online order. Simply expedite the online orders by handing them out as you see customers waiting to pick-up!
