Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Sherman

Cheddars is good, however the service at this location is not. We were out celebrating and were told it would be a 45-60 minute wait. We were asked for our phone number and given a place in line with a link to track. This is really misleading as it stated we were 6th in line however smaller groups of 2-4 were seated faster and not even on the list. After an hour we were finally seated but we were not greeted by a waitress at all. After 15 minutes we called the server on the tablet and the waitress appeared and seemed annoyed that we asked for drinks, appetizers and were ready to order. We quickly placed our order only to be told afterwards that they were out of the menu item and we needed to order again. We watched as groups came and were immediately greeted, placed their orders, ate and left before we were ever given our food. We waited an hour to be seated and another hour for our food. We ate it because we were hungry but it was not worth the 2 hour wait. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this location.

Everything was great from the atmosphere to the servers and the food for the most part. I had the chicken Alfredo and while it was tasty, I couldn’t help but notice that the sauce was a little watery. One of the other people with me also noticed that the sauce that came with their tilapia and shrimp was also rather watery.Besides all that, it was pretty good a solid 7-8/10

Cadence, our server on Wedesday, was the best! She laughed with us, kept us cared for and was a blast to eat with! Food was great!

We usually have a good experience but we went today about 3 pm and the host took us to a section where two servers were back in the corner cleaning. When the host went to tell them we were waiting they started arguing with the host rather loudly saying they didn't want the table (us) and to give us to someone else! We obliged by just getting up and walking out!

Our appetizer was crumbs of chips, the case was hard(old maybe), my husband's chicken deepen steak was so grossly and chewy. Couldn't eat it. Very dissatisfied. 1st time eating
