Pizza Hut - Sherrills Ford

This restaurant has seen a remarkable improvement over the past few months. When they first opened, there were numerous issues: slow pickup times, unfriendly staff, cold pizza, incorrect orders, and a lack of delivery drivers. After giving it some time, I've noticed that the manager has truly turned things around. The pizza is now hot and fresh, deliveries arrive on time, and the staff is much more pleasant. I waited over an hour for my delivery, and when I called to check on it, someone answered 5 minutes later and casually informed me that they weren't doing deliveries.

I?m glad I ordered before I read the reviews. I may have passed up a great dinner. Our pizza was delivered on time, it was baked perfectly and the flavors were spot on! I will definitely order from this location again!!

Ordered a pizza around 1130pm. They close at 12am. Person who took my call said pizza would arrive in 25 mins. I live 1.5 miles away. Pizza never came and my call was declined when I tried to follow up. This is my second bad experience with this location. This time it cost me money as I had already pre-paid my order on the phone. Will not be ordering from this location ever again under any circumstances.

I tried this place once. The lady working the register (I assume she was a manager because she was telling everyone what to do) was extremely rude to the customers and employees. Pizza was not good. I normally love Pizza Hut. I won?t go back. There are a couple places that are much better locally. This place won?t deliver unless you are really close. I live 3.2 miles away and they won?t deliver here. If they keep this up they won?t be in business long. We have better places with better customer service and food coming to the area now.
