Vembanad, Kumarakom Lake Resort

My best stay in Cochin. Tradition maintained in all espects. Thanks to staffs they were so great in pampering us thank you all and the GM who met us and felt so welcoms

Had my daughters birthday party there. Good atmosphere.

Excellent location, well maintained, a little on the posh end. They have two rabbits on their lawn area who r playful. They have an amazing view of the backwaters to one side of the property with a restaurant have a deck. They have fish ponds, where I suspect they grow their own fish for consumption, didn't get a chance to sample their fish though. Bar/liquor services are available. Washrooms are neat and clean. Ample parking space. tight security with good screening of customers who utilize the property

We wanted to have a look at this 5 star facility in Kumarakom and was impressed by the traditional architecture and customer service. The Chicken Manchow Soup that we had was decent.

A wonderful oasis of peace and beauty on Lake Vembanad. The staff is attentive, courteous and efficient. We stayed in the Villas and found them to be private and very comfortable. While the resort is relatively small, and venturing outside on foot is not necessarily a given, there are plenty of activities in the resort available to keep busy. Guests can enjoy yoga, massages, cruises and swimming. The food is varied and excellent with a wide variety of vegetarian, meat and fish options. There are also many choices of salads and desserts.
