Had an amazing Chop experience. I dropped by with my partner to celebrate our 5th year anniversary and our server, Evan, and the whole team made our night! They provided top-notch service with a complimentary dessert and a personalized card signed by the entire team!! The food was also incredibly delicious. We will definitely be back. My girlfriend and I always come here for date night! Hands down the best filet mignon you?ll ever have. The staff are super friendly and attentive, the ambiance is perfect with dim lighting, but not too dim. It?s super clean and always the best experience and food.

This is a decent restaurant located within the Sandman Hotel in Sherwood Park, Edmonton. The staff was friendly, and the establishment was clean. There are plenty of seating options available. The menu isn't extensive, but there's likely something for everyone. Prices are on the higher side, but the food was good. Overall, I probably wouldn't visit unless I were staying at the hotel, but it serves its purpose while you're there.

I always have a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The place is consistently clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is consistently excellent. If you enjoy delicious steaks and fine dining, this is a must-visit. I highly recommend their Chop burger, chicken avocado BLT, and steak bites. Enjoy your meal and have a great time!

The steak was absolutely delicious, and the accompanying side dishes—mashed potatoes, vegetables, and mushrooms—were the perfect complement to the meal. Enjoying a juicy steak paired with an excellent red wine was a delightful way to end our day. To top it off, we indulged in dessert: the crème brûlée and cheesecake were both crafted to perfection! If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a great meal, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
