Good Buddy Restaurant - Sherwood Park

We ordered all kinds of yummy dishes... lotus leaf with rice inside...peach shrimp were tasty...crystal shrimp...steamed bbq pork buns...all of it and more...very delicious.... service was impeccable...also dined on a friday and karaokee started as we completed our meal... fun atmosphere... friendly staff!! I will definately be back...

Tuesday August 01/17 and looking for a place to have a quick dinner and saw the sign Good Buddy Restaurant and decided to give it a try. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by a very polite gentleman and immediately escorted to a table and presented with menus. We ordered from the Dim Sum menu 4 different items and when presented to us they were hot and steaming. Just like right off a Dim Sum cart. The food we chose was tastefull and both of us agreed we made the right choices. Their menu has a picture of each item which helps make the choices you desire. We noticed numerous takeout orders leaving the restaurant which made me believe it's very popular. Also they have a bar and VLT machines. The noise from the patrons using them and the lottery games were a noisy distraction and very annoying. $22.00 and we were full.

I love Chinese food, this is a awesome place, I usually order out there since I can't drive there, I can order it on just eat and they deliver it within 40 mins of ordering. Whoever had a review of their food not being able to deliver, are you on the Edmonton website or just eat app? Are you also in Sherwood Park or Edmonton? Anyways, Whenever I order, it's always delicious! Although, a little greasy. But still very yummy.

Finally dim sum in the park. It is combined with Cantonese favorites that would please most people who like that mall style Chinese food.

Their food is full of MSG. Which both of us cannot tolerate. Makes me sick to my stomach even tho' we had asked them about MSG and they said no but I don't believe them. Will not be going back.
