My partner and I have been going here for a few years now because the service is always great, but unfortunately my venti sized coffee was not filled to the top again. Previously I assumed this was because of the foam, but even when I order from other Starbucks locations they still fill it more to the top. I feel a bit ripped off at this point, especially since my partner ordered a grande and he got the roughly the same amount of coffee as me. In the future I’ll probably just order a smaller size or find a new coffee shop if I’m going to spend this much money on a coffee. The customer service is always pleasant, but the quality/quantity of product provided is definitely lacking.
The staff are always so sweet and nice! Always makes the day better when it starts off with coffee AND a smile!!
I waited 10 minutes for a tea, just for them to make it wrong. Hopefully they can do better next time…
Went through the drive-through. Ordered a London fog with only one bag again. Ordered a second with half sweet. Cut full sweet or more in the half sweet and no syrup in the regular London fog. It’s taken so far 12 minutes and we are still sitting in the drive-through, waiting for the London fog to be made properly. This deserves a call to management tomorrow. I would not recommend it.
