Tim Hortons - Sherwood Park

This special breakfast experience didn't quite meet expectations. The breakfast sandwiches were hastily prepared, resulting in a messy presentation and they were served cold. On a positive note, the service was attentive, and the seating was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a bit disappointing.

Plant-based sausage packaging without hashbrown and tim biebs. recieved real sausage with hashbrown in the packaging. gets tim biebs, but regular timbits. at least they can screw an ice cap. dissapointing, perhaps instead of customers rushing through the running gear thru, they should take a second to hear what the customer actually ordered!

I was so amazed when they treated their customers they are awesome

My wife ordered two breakfast sandwiches with speck (a type of cured meat) and iron, but they misunderstood and brought her two sandwiches with cheese and speck, and no eggs. I ended up eating both of them since they wouldn’t touch them. We decided to stick with our usual Timmy's and give this place in Sherwood Park a miss in the future. At least the mocha was good.

The customer service is nonexistent, and the staff is quite rude. They seem to treat their workplace like a personal loud party, which is extremely unprofessional. It took an eternity to be served, and the wait for my order was just as long. This experience is truly embarrassing for the franchise!
