Starbucks - Sherwood

Come here often with my son, they ALWAYS make the drinks way to hot, I have to consistently go back up and ask them to pour cold milk in for my son or make my drink. I guess I have to ask them to make it a certain temp everytime I order? That or they are just reheating already hot milk. Not good. Don't have issues with any other Starbucks but this one.

Every time I?ve gone there my drink is just made so wrong and gross . Staff is nice but definitely need some re training on how to make drinks?

They messed up my order and it wasn't the first time. But I ordered a mocha today and they gave me a caramel macchiato. The cup was even labeled mocha. I really don't like caramel so I couldn't even drink it. So disappointed. I'm going to avoid this particular Starbucks.

Came here to work remote for the morning and the staff was SO welcoming! It absolutely made my day. It was refreshing to be around so many positive and upbeat people. Absolutely world class service at this location!

Came back again and explained what happened. Staff was very nice and understanding. They made it right. I would highly recommend coming here. Staff is friendly and the have a nice outside seating and of course inside to. Drinks are really good to
