Jojo's - Shetland Islands

This is not fast food. We popped in here to get a quick bite in the short amount of time we had available before taking a coach tour. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told 5-10 minutes. During this time other diners got their food in dribs and drabs with apologies about items they had run out of. Things were burnt, and tables didn 't get their orders together. After waiting another 15 minutes for our food, I enquired as to what was going on. I was immediately told the only thing they could do was refund me.This place is a complete shambles. Their slogan is 'Love at first bite ', I wouldn 't know.

The restaurant offers average food, has an average crowd, and is located in an average location. There is ample seating available for dining in.

Had an incredible meal tonight with impeccable 5-star service. Looking forward to returning soon!

I ordered the house burger and could only manage one bite before my mouth was on fire from the overwhelming amount of chili in it. When I mentioned this to the staff, they seemed unconcerned and simply stated that everyone's taste buds are different. They should have clearly advertised that the burger meat is very spicy to avoid disappointing customers who cannot tolerate spicy food.

The service was very good, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
