Cat Cafe Mocha /ikebukuro West Store

Such a lovely little cat cafe! Pretty easy to find and has English friendly menus. The cats were very cute and overall pretty friendly! Sat with my laptop for a few hours on a rainy day and it was a perfect way to spend the time.

Very clean place even though they have a lots of cats. The staff took really a good care of the cafe. The interior was beautiful as well. Very instagram worthy. Just one thing. You have to wait approx 0.5 hrs 1 hr if you come between 2 5 pm as it is the peak time. But it was worth it!

Best cat cafe experience ever! Cats so friendly. All cats have there own characters you will fall in love with. Definitely go and have your own experience you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back!

Cat cafe Mocha was a lovely experience to meet the store's 18 cats. I was sceptical in going to an animal cafe as I am worried they are not well treated, but fortunately these animals seem to be beautifully pampered and given ample space to move around, and I didn't notice any sign of distress or discomfort from the cats. Actually, one thing that I think is an unfortunate consequence of this cat cafe is that many of the cats are not particularly interested in being cuddled or touched, unlike a cat island or your own pet cat. So going to this cafe is more about the atmosphere of drinking coffee or tea surrounded by cute cats, rather than stroking a cat yourself. If that's your cup of tea, then I highly recommend this place.

You get a drink as standard with the entrance fee (hot/cold coffee/chocolate/milk tea). Naturally no food allowed. Good varitarion of cats that are playful and well groomed. Very hygienic as the friendly ladies were mopping three times during our hour there. We have seen some other cat cafes where the cats and state of cleanliness were poor but this is definitely not one of them! We have tried their Shibuya/Shinjuku branch and loved that as well!
