Forest Farm - Shilimb

Forest Farm is located in arms of Nature which naturally gives you the soothing experience. Weekend getaway was the idea but was not aware that it will be lifetime experience of beling closest to basic life the way earth was born. Now i am lookung forward to keep visiting this heaven regularly. The owner of the Farm (Viral's) warm welcome is unforgettable. Nice place owned by a nice guy.

Have had an incredible time with Devyani and Viral at this lovely eco-paradise. They've truly put their heart into making the farm what it is and that's what makes it a lovely place to visit. Visited TFF (The Forest Farm) at Kamshet near Pune last weekend (8-9 June 2019)... Had an experience worth remembering a lifetime. This farm offers you a whole lot of nature. Set in 5 acres managed by young couple Devyani and Viral, this farm takes you into different world. There is machan on which you can relax under which you can play carrom or other indoor games or just take in the View! Food here is home food consisting of hot rice and ragi bhakri, bhaji's, daal chaval, chutneys salads. Food is cooked on chulha and it is very tasty. You can get chicken by prior intimation. And yes you can't go there with idea of boozing as liquor is strict No. Lots of open space is there where you can play outdoor games like volley ball, Foot ball, Cricket. They will also take you on a farm tour. You can help them plant and sow saplings and seeds. The place is surrounded by mountains. Its a beautiful place in monsoon with waterfalls all over. Accommodation here is tents. Spacious and sufficiently secured. The bathrooms are functional, clean and good! There is even a barbeque arrangement if you fancy that. I relaxed relaxed on this farm. Ate hot meals lovingly served by the couple....and relaxed again in the hammocks overlooking the valley and the mountains. Plan to visit again soon!
