Běi Lóng - Shimabara

The miso champon was delicious! It may take some courage to enter the restaurant.

I finally found a delicious champon that I thought was delicious! The exterior of the restaurant is old, but the inside is spacious with lots of manga. The prices are generally cheap, with champon starting at 500 yen, and with egg at 550 yen. Ramen starts from 400 yen, which is very reasonable. The champon took a bit of time to come out because the chef is doing it all by himself. The tonkotsu-based soup was light and flavorful, not too strong or too weak. It had a good taste with seafood in it and the sprinkled sesame matched well with the soup. It was a delicious and cost-effective champon. When I come back, I would like to try the fried rice as well.

The simple and gentle flavors of the local cuisine were delicious. Although the entrance was obscured and somewhat difficult to find, the interior had a retro vibe that I personally enjoyed. Smoking is allowed.

いつも気になってるけど入れない店。 今度肉ダンゴを食べてみよう。
