ルイジアナママ Jīn Gǔ Diàn

Delicious pasta and a great buffet. Buffet and beverage bar (non-alchoholic) are included with entree. The prices are very reasonable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The view of the mountains and, above all, Mt Fuji as well as the city below is breathtaking and worthwhile to go to yourself. Will definitely go back when I return to the area.

Food is delicious and night to see...it's little expensive, but I know it fits for your budget.
