Xìng Yuè - Shimoda-shi

One of their specialties is the Tonkatsu Ramen. The crispy tonkatsu pairs well with the light soup and is very delicious. It does tend to get a bit soggy if you don't eat it at a normal speed, but it's not too bothersome. Another specialty is the option to get a second bowl of noodles when you order a refill, which is a fantastic and innovative system. The fried rice is also very tasty, and the energetic attitude of the young manager is refreshing. I look forward to trying the Curry Ramen next time.

The ramen is delicious, but how about the tonkatsu in the tonkatsu ramen? Next time, I'll try the chashu ramen. So good!

The roasted pork ramen at Koiyuki-san is amazing. The soup is light for health reasons, but that's why you never get tired of it and will want to come back for more. Everyone's tastes differ when it comes to ramen, but Koiyuki-san's ramen I think is top-notch and can be appreciated by everyone! The system for extra noodles is unique too! Highly recommend visiting here. The food is delicious after a night of drinking, and the vegetable stir-fry is definitely a crowd-pleaser.
