Great staff. Great food. Great service. Great rooms. Good WiFi. Good location, although sometimes we needed silence during the trip, it was noisy because it was located in the middle of the town.

Clean and good service. Food is bit costly. Good for night halt, as such nothing else to do inside hotel

Clean friendly hotel. Enjoyed our stay the room is large big bathroom. For a small town it was a pleasant surprise.

Best place to stay in Shimoga. Value for money. Cost effective on bulk as we were all friends staying here. Nice food and dishes. Worth visiting again.

This is regarding their restaurant service, understandably this is located in a small town and I am not sure how many visitor they get even for dinning. When we reached there, we didn't find anyone and through the signage we manged to get into their restaurant. As the place was empty and not sure they were prepping up for the next day's Breakfast buffet or it was left as is from the morning. They took sometime to get hold of their menu and they didn't give us the bar menu and when we asked them with great hesitation they did give us. Post that when we ordered our drinks and the food. To my surprise I had the waiter come up to me and say the drink (Mojito) I had ordered is contain Alcohol. I was totally struck by that as never in my experience of world travel has anyone told this to me. After telling them us they got me a drink which was barely called as a cocktail, they made us wait for 20 mins and served our main course and they said our starters would take time. By then we had actually lost the patience and had our food. The food was really average as one item on their menu is my favourite and have had the same thing in their Bangalore hotel, when we stated this the chef walked up to tell us he is from Bangalore and this is how it is made here. Overall, I was surprised like how they call themselves a 5 star hotel with such inefficient staff.
