Los Amigos - Shingle Springs

This place is a family lover! There is no waiting time and we will sit quickly (we usually have a big party) We serve delicious chips and salsa. The food is very good and from the many times we have eaten there, none of us ever had a bad dish. The portions are huge with reasonable prices. Nice atmosphere and nice staff. A favorite and a certain place to go

Nice Mexican restaurant. Lots of parking. No reservations. Host/Witress is very nice and great. Eating was okay, but not great. I felt a little more taste. Good prices.

I ordered the cattle-Enchiladas combo today and it was good. However, it was not made with much beef. It was also very drippy. It shouldn't be like that. At least the dessert was really good. It was baked in a taco bowl ice cream with dribble chocolate. I just wish the server knew how to balance drinks and meals on a server plate! She always came with every record, one at a time.

Nice staff. Not busy, went on a Sunday trip to Apple Hill. Had the steak Fajita salad. It was very good. They serve chips and salsa first, each refill for them extra charge. My son had the wet burrito he said was very good. The prices are fair for portion sizes and the service was great. Bonus, there is a sweet garden / gift shop next door. It's much bigger than it looks from the outside. A lot of sweet stuff!

New owners, still great food, and gives a discount for using cash. I hope the servers get that added to their tips!
