I had the worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. They forgot two items from my order, and after driving 15 minutes back to retrieve the items I paid for, they accused me of trying to get something for free and made me pay for one of the missing items. I work at a pizza place, and if a customer came to me with a similar issue, I would have simply given them what they needed since it was our mistake, rather than arguing over a $2 item. This was the most disappointing customer service I've ever encountered. They need to do better.

This is the worst KFC on Long Island. They can never get your order right, and you'll end up waiting in line for 15 minutes, even when there's just one car in front of you. Save yourself the time and money!

Absolutely terrible! We ordered an 8-piece bucket, and the chicken was overcooked and incredibly dry. The coleslaw had a nice flavor, but it was also dry. The gravy was so watered down that it resembled soup. Even the biscuits were chewy! Thankfully, the instant potatoes were still decent. We spent $34 just to fill up our trash! This location really needs to make some changes.

No napkins Stale biscuits Chicken undersized and overcooked Spoons instead of forks. These actions are actually cost-cutting efforts, ownership making these moves deliberately and does not care about repeat business.

I cant say location like these are making the KFC brand better. Breaks my heart being Jamaican and seeing KFC in this country ran the way its being running. Quality of food need to be way better, starting with the simple preparation of the chickens. Icould rant all day. This particular location is more of a stop and go but they do have a dining area and parking outside isadequet being in the same parking lot of the USPS store. I also know about too many bad stories from first hand workers andcustomers who uses this store. Maybe better management, i am not really sure?
