Chipotle Mexican Grill - Shirlington

This use to be the best location! BUT NOW ITS NOT. The customer service has changed. I just came in at 8:45pm and the cook didn’t wanna make any fresh steak when chipotle now closes at 11pm. This is not the first time I can come at 9:45 or 10pm and they have minimal food and don’t wanna make anymore. It’s inconsiderate due to the fact that you have customers coming in and ONLINE orders so once the food is done how do you accommodate people. The cook has just stood there waiting for them to close and not making sure the line has enough food to last until close. Since now I came at 8:45pm I see that’s when she stops making enough food. Also the burners dry out most of the meats. Ughh wish they get this together cause the food is fresh!

This place gave me food poisoning. I got it yesterday and it got me barfing up bile for the last 24+ hours

This is the only chipotle that does it right nowadays

Workers there change so fast, the new ones are not very good

This chipotle had the fastest line ever! There was 5 people when i walked In and I kid you not we were all served and checked out in 2-3 mins. I absolutely bodied a chicken bowl and I was incredible! Great option in this area.
