Dunkin' - Shirlington

The women who work here in the daytime are absolutely terrible to deal with. They always appear agitated that they have to stop their personal conversations to deal with customers. They do an awful job of reading orders to make them correctly and then when you address an incorrect order, they have the biggest attitude when talking to you. I waited until I saw a pattern (this has happened at least 3x) before posting this review.

Worker on the phone call while work ?‍ and doesn’t focus on

I went this morning Wed, at 7:AM l informed them l pay coffee it has a teeth inside on coffee they started why you are coming back our store l told lm a customer to inform you that one of the coffee l payed other day it has a teeth in there, they start shout on me even the store manager they barely to speak English my suggestions is do not go there . They very rude and disgusting unprofessional there customer service very poor.

This is the worst Dunkin in the area; possibly the world. There are others close by (e.g., Glebe Rd) that are better. I've been here many times and it's almost comical how bad the service is.Last time I went in at 6am and was only customer, the cashier looked at me and then went in the back and didn't come back out I left after 8 minutes.They've also messed up our orders more times then I can count, and if you mention it, they just stare at you emotionless because they don't care at all.Strangest Dunkin' on this planet.Parking: Parking lot with 2 spots and 1 disabled parking spot.
